Positive Steps Physiotherapy is a specialist practice founded by Lorna Saunders, offering paediatric and adult rehabilitation services across North Staffordshire and South Cheshire. The team supports children, adults and families through personalised treatment programmes spanning paediatric physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation and intensive rehabilitation blocks. Working from a purpose-built, fully accessible clinic, the practice is built around compassionate, family-centred care that helps clients make real, lasting improvements to their movement, strength and quality of life.
As the practice expanded its team of physiotherapists, assistants and support staff, it became clear that their digital presence needed to keep pace. The existing website was not reflecting the professionalism or the warmth of the clinic, and the team had no straightforward way to update content or maintain a blog themselves. Every design decision was made to match Positive Steps' existing branding precisely, with responsive templates built for mobile and tablet from the outset. Rather than leaving the team with a blank site, we collaborated on the content itself – writing copy, sourcing suitable images and building out each page together. We then configured our Cloud CMS and delivered structured training via Zoom and in person, so the physiotherapy team could confidently edit content, publish blog posts and keep the site current entirely on their own. Finally, we set up our automated mailing system to generate branded newsletter-style emails from content already on the site, giving the practice a powerful communication tool with minimal extra effort required from staff.
